Horizons Conference at JL Ilsley on May 15th. This is a one day student leadership conference with keynote speakers, student led activities, lunch, snacks, and prizes. The cost is $25 to attend and you can register now. Look for the QR codes on the orange posters around the school. You can also see Mr. Burbridge in room 326 if interested or need more info. Students must register by May 9th to attend.

This May we celebrate Asian Heritage Month. We'd like to take a moment to recognize and appreciate the significant contributions and rich heritage of Asian Canadians. Asian Heritage Month is a time for us to learn about the history and achievements of Asian Canadians across the country, including right here in Nova Scotia.

Congratulations to our Ilsley Ringette Team who made it to the semi-finals at the High School Ringette Tournament over the weekend. The Judges placed first in their pool with 3 wins, no losses and zero goals against. Congrats to each of the players - you all demonstrated awesome teamwork and incredible hustle over the whole weekend.
