  • School Photos are available for pick up in the main office.
  • November 29th will be our first JL Coffeehouse of the year. It will be from 6-9pm. Anyone wishing to sign up to perform can use the Google Form linked in the JL Ilsley Council Instagram Bio, or sign up on a physical sheet outside the main office or the band room. Show up to support your friends and enjoy a fun evening!
  • The Health Action Team is collecting items for teenagers who are in the hospital over the holidays. Collection boxes are in the main office, Mr. Burbridge's room 326, and Mr. MacKay's room 103. See posters throughout the school for items we are collecting, all of which can be found at the dollar store. These simple things can go a long way when you're hospitalized, help bring some holiday cheer to these teens!

  • Girl's on the JV Volleyball team are reminded to hand in their uniforms AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. You can return them to Ms. Gillard in room 218.
  • Today is Transgender Day of Remembrance. Trans Day of Remembrance is an international day created in 1999 by Gwendolyn Ann Smith to honor Rita Hester, a Black trans women who was murdered in Boston in 1998 due to transphobia. November 20th is a day of reflection and action to uplift and support the transgender community. This day memorializes the lives lost due to transphobia and aims for a better future free of hate.

  • Stop by the 2nd Floor Library at lunch on Friday November 24th to join our very first Board Game Cafe. Students are welcome to stay and play a board game or two. There will be treats!
