The Returning Student Registration Form (formerly Demographic Updates Form) is available to families from September 9 to October 5. This form is accessed via the Parent Portal and is an opportunity each year to review and update student information and also includes our yearly permissions and consents.

Please see information links below (including a form and payment link) for former JL Ilsley students who require a transcript and/or diploma. Our administrative assistant, Terri Parker, will be in on July 28th and August 25th to assist with all requests.
