• Drama league will not meet this week but will resume next week.

• December Metro bus passes are now available in the main office.

• The Mi’kmaq/Aboriginal student program will be selling items on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the cafeteria.  Come do some Christmas shopping!  All proceeds are going to the Celebratory Feast hosted by the students. 

• IMHOTEP's Legacy Academy (pronounced as EEM-HO-TEP) will be arriving every Friday during the lunch hour in Room 304. There will also be a tutor available located at the Pathways Centre after school on Mondays from 3:30pm to 5pm. Imhotep will provide students with tutoring support in both Math and Science as well as Business (eg. Accounting) and Essay writing. For those students in Pathways, you can still sign up with Imhotep for the additional academic support. Scholarship opportunities are available through this program based on regular attendance. This program is a great opportunity and open to all students! *Please feel free to bring your lunch today in Rm 304* Computers are available during this time. • The exam exemption list is now posted outside the guidance area. Please see Ms. Nickerson if you believe you should be on the list.

• The Powerschool portal is now open for the week, so students can see their current grades. Students should be aware that these grades are only a reflection of marked assignments. 

• Congrats to the boys basketball team on defeating Dartmouth last night at their home opener here at JL.  Toby scored 27 points to add to the judges win.  Tonight the Judges take on Auburn.
