- Student tickets for this year's school matinee of Mean Girls - the musical are now on sale! Look for the QR code posters around the school or see Ms. Parker in the guidance office on the 3rd floor to pay with cash. In addition, tickets will be on sale in the cafeteria at lunch today.
- Calling all girls interested in Martial Arts!
- Mr. Hennebury will be running an all girls martial arts workshop today at lunch for all of those interested in joining.
- Coins for Books:
- The Library Crew will be selling ice cream sandwiches and candy bags for $2.00 each in the cafeteria at lunch today and thursday.
- Interested in traveling to Europe in 2025? Come to a meeting this Thursday, March 28 in Room 316. Hear about our proposed trip to London, Paris and Rome!
- There will be a GSA meeting today at lunch in room 211!
- Lacrosse team practices in the gym tonight from 6-7.
- If your class has already input their course selection into PowerSchool and you did not because you were absent or weren’t able to log into PowerSchool, come by room 111 today during lunch to add your courses that you selected for next year into PowerSchool. Your school counselor will be there to help. Make sure that you know your PowerSchool username and password and you are able to log on.
- Do you have a kind heart and a passion for helping others? We are starting a Best Buddies club at JL and are currently recruiting students for President and executive member positions.
- Best Buddies builds friendships between people with and without intellectual and developmental disabilities, offering social mentoring while improving the quality of life and level of inclusion for a population that is often isolated and excluded. Throughout their participation, people with disabilities form meaningful connections with their peers, gain self-confidence and self-esteem, and share interests, experiences, and activities that many other individuals take for granted.
